A Bill for confirming a Settlement of the Estate of Sir Seymour Sherley Baronet, was read.

Poll Bill.
Sir Charles Harbord reports from the Committee appointed to bring in an Estimate, What Money may be raised on the Poll Bill, That the Committee had agreed an Estimate; and reduced it into Writing: Which he read in his Place; and after, delivered the same in at . . Clerk's Table: Which was twice read.
Canary Patent.
Ordered, That it be referred to Serjeant Charlten, Mr. Pryn, Mr. Swynfen, Mr. Edw. Seymour, Sir Wm. Lowther, Sir Thom. Gower, Sir Robert Howard, Mr. Comptroller, Sir Geo. Downing, Sir John Knight, Sir John Heath, Sir Charles Harbord, Mr. Scawen, Sir Thom. Meres, Sir Richard Temple, Colonel Kirkby, Colonel Birch, Sir Robert Atkins, Mr. Waller, or any Five of them, to prepare and draw up Reasons, to be given at a Conference with the Lords, upon the Matter concerning the Patent of the Canary Company; and to search the Precedents, and see what Methods and Course has been formerly used in Cases of this Nature: And they are to meet at Three of the Clock this Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber.

Sir Robert Carr reports, That the Lords had agreed to a Conference upon the Amendments, sent down, to the Bill concerning Irish Cattle, To-morrow, Ten of the Clock, in the Painted Chamber.
