Sandys' Estate.

A Bill, sent from the Lords, for Enabling of Trustees to sell Part of the Estate of Samuell Sandys the elder, Esquire, and of his Son Samuell Sandys, for the Payment of Debts, was read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That this Bill be read the Second time on Saturday next.

Juckes' Estate.

A Bill, sent from the Lords, for Enabling of Thomas Juckes, of Treliddan in the County of Montgomery, Esquire, to sell Lands, for the Payment of his Debts, and Raising of younger Childrens Portions, was read the First time.

Ordered, That this Bill be read the Second time on Saturday next.

Comes', &c. Nat.

Mr. Hungerford reports from the Committee to which the Bill for the Naturalization of Dederick alias Richard Comes, and others, was committed, That the Committee had carefully perused the Certificates on the Behalf of the Persons therein named, and also the Act of Parliament; and, upon due Consideration of the whole Matter, had made some Amendments to the Bill: Which he read, with the Coherence, in his Place; and after, delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table: Which being twice read; and, upon the Question, agreed to;

Resolved, &c. That the Bill, with the Amendments agreed to, be ingrossed.

Lord's Day.

A Bill for the better Observation of the Lord's Day, was this Day read the Second time.

Epworth, &c. Commons.

Ordered, That Sir Robert Carr be added to the Committee to which the Bill for settling the Commonable Grounds of Epworth and Gringley, is committed.

Committees.

Ordered, That all Committees, which are discontinued, be revived; and do sit this Afternoon at Two of the Clock, in the several Places of their last Sitting.

Report deferred.

Ordered, That the Committee appointed to distribute the Forty thousand Pounds amongst the Nine Counties, do bring in their Report To-morrow Morning.

Supply Bill.

Resolved, &c. That the House do resolve into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed upon the Bill for Raising a Supply for his Majesty.

And accordingly the House did resolve into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed upon the Bill for Raising a Supply for his Majesty.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Sir Robert Atkins took the Chair.

Mr. Speaker again took the Chair.

Sir Robert Atkins reports from the said Committee, That the Committee had made some Progress in the said Bill; and, to the First Enacting Clause, had agreed to an Amendment; viz. to insert, Page 5th, Line 9th, after the Word "Majesty," and before the Word "within," these Words, "to be applied for the Righting of your Majesty, and your Majesty's Subjects, against the Dutch."

The Question being put, That the Words "to be applied," do stand in the Amendment;

It passed in the Negative.

Resolved, &c. That the Words, "for the Righting of your Majesty, and your Majesty's Subjects against the Dutch," do stand in the Amendment.

Resolved, That these Words, "for the Righting of your Majesty, and your Majesty's Subjects, against the Dutch," be inserted in Folio Five, Line Six, after the Word "that," and before the Word "the."
