Hunston's Estate.

A BILL to enable Thomas Hunston to sell Lands, to pay Debts, was this Day read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill be committed to Sir John Earnley, Sir Hen. Capell, Sir Courtney Poole, Sir Anth. Irby, Sir John Covert, Sir Tho. Clifford, Sir Sol. Swale, Lord Richardson, Sir Rich. Oatley, Sir John Morton, Sir Wm. Gawdy, Mr. Morice, Sir Geo. Howe, Mr. Maynard, Mr. Westphaling, Mr. Moore, Sir Anth. Cope, Sir Capell Luckin, Mr. Cornwallis, Sir John Goodrick, Sir Robert Atkyns, Sir Tho. Tompkins, Sir Lanc. Lake, Sir John Rowse, Colonel Edm. Windham, Mr. Pryn, Colonel Reames, Sir Wm. Lowther, Sir Tho. Wendy, Sir John Shaw, Mr. Sandys, Sir Hen. Herbert, Sir Tho. Bludworth, Sir Clifford Clifton, and all the Members that serve for Norfolk and Suffolk: And they are to meet To-morrow at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber: and to summon and hear all Parties concerned: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records: And to examine the Reality of the Debts to be satisfied upon Sale of the Lands; and to cause a Schedule of such Debts to be annexed to the Bill.

Courts of Justice.

A Bill for regulating Abuses in the Law, and Courts of Justice, was this Day read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill be read the Second time on Monday next.

Supply.

And then the House resolved into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed in the Consideration of the raising the Twenty-five hundred thousand Pounds Supply for his Majesty.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Sir Robert Atkyns took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker again took the Chair.

Sir Robert Atkyns reports from the Committee of the whole House, That the Committee desired, That the House would again resolve into a Committee of the whole House To-morrow Morning, Ten of the Clock, to proceed in the Consideration of the raising the Twentyfive hundred thousand Pounds Supply for his Majesty.

Resolved, &c. That the House will resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House To-morrow Morning, Ten of the Clock, to proceed in the Consideration of the raising the Twenty-five hundred thousand Pounds Supply for his Majesty.

Committees.

Ordered, That all Committees that were to sit this Afternoon be adjourned; and do sit To-morrow in the Afternoon, Two of the Clock.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Eight of the Clock.
