Robinson's Estate.
SIR Thomas Tomkins reports from the Committee to which the Bill to enable John Robinson Esquire, to sell and dispose Lands for Payment of Debts, and make Provision for his Wife, and younger Children, That the Committee had carefully perused the Bill, and examined the Matter of Fact; and found the Bill to be very just, and fit to pass, without making any Alteration or Amendment thereto.
Resolved, &c. That this Bill for enabling John Robinson Esquire to sell Lands, for Payment of Debts, and providing for his Wife, and younger Children, be ingrossed.
Fish Spawn.
Ordered, That the Committee to which the Bill for Preservation of the Spawn of Fish, and Fishing in fresh Rivers, is committed, be revived: And they are to meet To-morrow at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Place formerly appointed: And these Members following are added to the Committee; viz. Mr. Street, Sir Rowl. Berkley, Mr. Culleford, Sir Nich. Steward, Mr. Westphaling, Colonel Gilby, Colonel Trelawney, Sir John Coriton, Sir James Smith, Mr. Oglander, Sir Lanc. An ingrossed Bill, sent from the Lords, for Preventing of Abatements of Writs of Error, upon Judgments in the Exchequer, was this Day read the Second time.

Call of the House.
The House was then called over, according to the Order formerly made for that Purpose:
And several Members making Default in Attendance; a Note of whose Names being taken by the Clerk;
Ordered, That an Extract be made out of the Names of the several Members that made Default in attending the House this Day: And that the Fines of Five Pounds apiece, of such Defaulters, be collected by the Serjeant at Arms attending this House; to be distributed as the House shall direct.
Resolved, &c. That the House be called over again, on This-day-fortnight, on the Penalty of Ten Pounds, to be paid by every Member that shall make Default in attending, whose Excuse the House shall not allow.
Revenue, &c.
Resolved, &c. That, on Friday next, the House will resume the publick Business of his Majesty's Revenue, and the Militia; and proceed therein de die in diem, after Nine of the Clock: And that no private Business do intervene.
Sale of Offices.
Ordered, That all Members of this House that come, shall have Votes at the Committee touching the Buying and Selling of Offices: And that these Members following, be added to the Committee; viz. Sir Roger Bradshaigh, Sir Rich. Oatley, Colonel Edm. Windham, Colonel Fra. Windham, Sir Geo. Ryve, Lord St. John, Sir Jeoffrey Shakerley, Mr. Garraway, Sir Solomon Swale, Mr. Waller, Mr. Barnaby, Mr. Price, Sir John Corlton.
Post Office, &c.
Ordered, That the Committees to which the Branches of his Majesty's Revenue, arising by the Post Office and Wine Licences, were referred, be revived; and do meet this Afternoon at Two of the Clock.
Ordered, That all such Members as do come, shall have Votes at the several Committees to which any of the Branches of his Majesty's Revenue is committed: And that such as are named of any of the said Committees, be appointed to be of every of them.
Royal Mines.
Ordered, That all the Members that serve for the several Counties of Yorke, Derby, Cornwall, Somersett, and Devon, and all the Members of the House that are of the Long Robe, and Sir Thomas Widdrington, and Sir John Strode, be added to the Committee to which the Bill concerning Mines Royal is committed.
Church Lands.
Ordered, That the Committee to which the Bill against Pluralities of Benefices is committed, be joined to the Committee to which the Bill to prevent granting concurrent Leases by Bishops and Clergymen was committed.
And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Eight of the Clock.
