Observance of Lord's Day.

ORDERED, That the Committee to which the Bill for the better Observation of the Lord's Day was committed, be revived; and do sit this Afternoon at Two of the Clock.

Didier's, &c. Nat.

Ordered, That the Committee to which the Bill for naturalizing Abraham Didier, and others, be revived; and do sit this Afternoon at Two of the Clock.

Committees.

Ordered, That all Committees which should have sat Yesterday in the Afternoon, be revived; and do sit this Afternoon at Two of the Clock.

Privilege.

Ordered, That Mrs. Ursula Vaughan, Thomas Butcher, her Lessee, John Holland her Attorney, and Thomas Carter her Ejector, be sent for in Custody of the Serjeant at Arms attending this House; to answer the Breach of Privilege objected against them, in causing Declarations in Actions of Ejectment to be delivered to Edward Grubb, and other Tenants of Mr. Barnaby, a Member of this House, to try the Title of certain Lands to him belonging in the County of Hereford; and proceeding to Judgment and Execution therein, since the Session of this Parliament, and after Notice was given them that Mr. Barnaby was concerned in the Title of the said Lands: And that the said Mrs. Vaughan, her Attornies, Solicitor, and all Persons concerned, be enjoined to stay all further Proceedings touching the Lands in Question, during the Session of this Parliament.

Killigrew's, &c. Nat.

Ordered, That the Names of Charlotte Hessen Killigrew, Wife of Thomas Killigrew Esquire, Groom of his Majesty's Bedchamber; Charles Killigrew, Thomas Killigrew, and Robert Killigrew, their Sons; be inserted into the Bill for Naturalizing.

Ramage's Estate.

A Bill to enable Elizabeth the Relict of David Ramage, to sell certain Lands, devised to be sold by the last Will and Testament of the said David Ramage, for Payment of Debts and Legacies to younger Children, was this Day read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That this Bill be read the Second time To-morrow Morning.

Vaughan's Claims.

A Bill for restoring Henry Vaughan Esquire to several Sums of Money, deceitfully gotten from him by John Allured, was this Day read the First time.

Bedford Level.

A Bill for Settling the Draining of the Great Level of the Fens, called Bedford Level, was this Day read the Second time.

Another Bill for Settling the Draining of the said Great Level of the Fens, called Bedford Level, was also read the Second time.

Crown Revenue.

The House then proceeded, according to the Order of the Sixteenth of this Month, to take the Matter of the King's Majesty's Revenue into Debate.

And an Account, in Writing, of the Income and Issues of his Majesty's Revenue, being delivered in; and taken into Debate;

Resolved, &c. That the House do, To-morrow at Ten of the Clock in the Morning, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to take the Matter of his Majesty's Revenue into Consideration; and to dispose it into such a Method as they shall think fit.

And then the House adjourned itself till To-morrow Morning, Eight of the Clock.
