Prayers.

Royal Mines.

A BILL to define what Mines shall be taken and adjudged to be Mines Royal, was this Day read the Second time.

Resolved, That the said Bill be committed to Sir John Norton, Lord St. John, Sir Robert Holt, Sir Robert Atkyns, Sir Tho. Allen, Sir Tho. Gower, Mr. Long, Sir Wm. Fleetwood, Mr. Vaughan, Sir Phil. Musgrave, Sir Edm. Pye, Sir Robert Howard, Colonel Kirkby, Sir Rich. Braham, Mr. Oakley, Sir Wm. Doyley, Colonel Robinson, Sir Clement Throckmorton, Sir Roger Bradshaigh, Sir John Moreton, Sir Rich. Mauleverer, Mr. Pryn, Sir Bainham Throckmorton, Lord Bruce, Sir Lancelot Lake, Mr. Solicitor General, Sir Anth. Irby, Sir Solomon Swale, Mr. Hungerford, Sir Hen. Puckering alias Newton, Mr. Crouch, Sir Robert Brooke, Mr. Biscowen, Mr. Trelawney, Sir Tho. Strickland, Sir John Coriton, Mr. Whorwood, Sir Hen. Widdrington, Colonel Gray, Sir John Newton, Mr. Collins, and all the Members of this House, that are of the Long Robe: And all the Members that come are to have Voices: And they are to meet in the Exchequer Chamber To-morrow at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.

Exportation of Wool.

Ordered, That the Committee against exporting Wool and Wool-fells, be revived; and do sit this Afternoon, at the Place formerly appointed.

Clothiers.

Ordered, That the Petition of the Clothiers and Inhabitants of several Counties, be read To-morrow Morning, the first Business.

Navigable Rivers.

Ordered, That the ingrossed Bill, sent from the Lords, for making Rivers navigable, be read To-morrow Morning.

The Engagement.

Ordered, That the pretended Act for enlarging the Time for taking the Engagement, be burned this Morning at Ten of the Clock, with the Covenant, by the Common Hangman.

Relief of Loyalists.

The House then proceeded upon the remaining Amendments to the Bill for distributing the Sixty thousand Pounds amongst the suffering Party, that had faithfully served his Majesty, and his Royal Father; and for Taxing of Offices for their further Supply.

And the said Amendments being twice read;

Resolved, That these Words "Cities or Places," be inserted into the Amendment, after the Word "*."

Which was done accordingly.

The rest of the Amendments, saving only the Lists of Commissioners Names, were twice read; and, upon the Question, agreed to.

Some of the Lists of the Names being Once read;

Resolved, That the further Reading of the Lists be adjourned to, and assumed, To-morrow Morning, at Seven of the Clock.

Bedford Level.

Sir Henry North reports from the Committee to which the Bill touching the Great Level of the Fens, called Bedford Level, was committed, several Amendments and Additions to be made and added to the Bill: Which he read, with the Coherence, in his Place; and after delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table.

And the said Amendments and Additions being once read;

Resolved, That the said Amendments and Additions be read the Second time: And that the House do proceed thereupon To-morrow at Nine of the Clock.

London, &c. Streets.

Sir Robert Howard reports the Reasons and Instructions, agreed by the Committee, to be insisted on at the Conference to be had with the Lords upon the Amendments to the Bill concerning the Streets and Highways in and near London and Westminster,

Resolved, That this House doth allow the said Reasons and Instructions.

And Sir Robert Howard is to go up to the Lords, to desire a Conference upon the Amendments.

Sir Robert Howard reports, That he had been with the Lords: And that they had consented to a present Conference in the Painted Chamber.

Ordered, That Sir Robert Howard, Sir John Duncombe, Sir Robert Atkyns, Mr. Birch, Sir Thomas Littleton, Mr. Henry Coventry, Lord Gorges, Dr. Birkinhead, Sir Allen Brodrick, and Mr. Pryn, do manage the Conference.

Pilchard Fishing.

An ingrossed Bill for regulating the Pilchard Fishing in the Counties of Cornwall and Devon, was this Day read the Third time.

Resolved, That the said Bill do pass: And that the Title shall be, An Act for regulating the Pilchard Fishing in the West of England.

And Colonel Robinson is to carry up this Bill to the Lords.

Piedmont Protestants.

An ingrossed Bill, sent from the Lords, concerning the Protestants or Piedmont, was this Day read the Third time.

Resolved, That this House doth assent to the said Bill.

Resolved, That the Title, being, An Act for explaining an Act touching the Protestants of Piedmont, be also agreed to.

Hitcham's Charities.

Ordered, That Mr. Crouch do make his Report To-morrow, from the Committee to which the Bill concerning Sir Robert Hitcham's charitable Uses was committed.

Regulating Elections.

Ordered, That all the Members of the Long Robe, and Mr. Crouch, Sir Thomas Gower, Sir Anthony Irby, Mr. Henley, Sir Richard Temple, Sir Thomas Wendy, and Mr. Lucy, be added to the Committee to whom the Bill for regulating Elections is committed.

Wey Navigation.

Ordered, That the Lord Bruce, Sir Thomas Gower, Sir Edmund Pooley, and Mr. Long, be added to the Committee, to which the Bill for making navigable the River of Wey in Surrey was committed.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Seven of the Clock.
