Captives at Algiers, &c.

ORDERED, That all the Members of this House that come to the Committee to which the Business touching the Captives of Algiers and Tunis, is referred, shall have Voices at the Committee.

Answer to Address.

Mr. Comptroller reports, from his Majesty, touching the Address sent from this House to his Majesty, for giveing Instructions from his Majesty, and the Council, for Supply of the Poor with Corn, by exposing it to Sale in publick Markets, That his Majesty received the Message very graciously; and had given Direction for a Proclamation, and Instructions, to issue accordingly.

St. Albans Election.

Serjeant Charleton reports from the Committee of Elections, touching the Election for St. Albans, between Sir Henry Cognizby and Doctor Arras, That the Question was, Whether the Almsmen had Voices; and that it was testified, They had had Voices Time out of Mind: And that the Committee was of Opinion, that they ought to have Voices; and that Doctor Arras was duly elected as a Burgess for St. Albans, and ought to sit.

Resolved, upon the Question, That this House do agree in Opinion with the Committee: And that Dr. Arras was duly elected a Burgess for the said Borough of St. Albans, and ought to sit in this House.

Dudston and King's Barton Hundreds.

Ordered, That the ingrossed Bill for dividing the Two Hundreds of Dudston and King's Barton, from the County of the City of Gloucester, and annexing them to the County of Gloucester, be read on Monday Morning next, the first Business.

Great Level of Fens.

The Business concerning Colonel Sandys and Sir Wm. Tirringham being, by Order of the One-and-twentieth of this Month, adjourned to this Day;

The Parties, with their Counsel, being called in; and several Deeds and Evidences read; and Counsel on both Sides fully heard, as to the Title of Colonel Sandys;

And the House entering upon the Hearing of the Matter, as to the Claim of Sir William Tirringham;

Resolved, That the further Hearing of this Cause, in relation to the Claim and Title of Sir William Tirringham, be adjourned until This-day-sevennight; and then taken into Consideration.

Ditto.

Ordered, That the Committee to whom the Bill on the Behalf of the Earl of Bedford, the Lord Gorges, Mr. Chicheley, and other Adventurers therein named, as to the Great Level of the Fens, called Bedford Level, was committed; and, by Order of the Sixteenth of this Month, re-committed; do meet this Afternoon, at Four of the Clock, in the Exchequer Chamber.

Executing Regicides.

Ordered, That the ingrossed Bill for the Executing of certain Persons attainted of High Treason, be read the Third time on Monday next.

Ordered, That such of the Persons who are, by Act of this Parliament, to be carried on Sleds from the Tower of London to Tyborn; and are now in the Custody of the Serjeant at Arms attending this House; be by him delivered over at the Tower this Night, into the Custody of the Lieutenant of the Tower.

And then the House adjourned till Monday Morning at Eight of the Clock.
