Norfolke Dukedom.

A Bill for confirming an Act for Restitution of the Earl of Arrundell, Surrey, and Norfolke, to the Dignity and Title of Duke of Norfolke, was this Day read the First time.

Resolved, That this Bill be read again, the Second time, To-morrow Morning.

Lindsey Level.

This House resuming the Debate of the Order made the Fifth of July last, for the Commitment of the Bill, sent from the Lords, for the draining of the Level of the Fens, called Lindsey Level; whereby it was ordered, That no Members of the Committee, that were concerned in Point of Interest, as Owners, Undertakers, or Adventurers, were to have any Votes thereat, thought fit to enlarge and extend that Clause: And

Ordered, That no Members of the said Committee, that are Owners, Undertakers, or Adventurers, or otherwise concerned, in Point of Interest, in the Fens in Question, shall have any Vote thereat.

The House then resumed the Debate of the Bill for Execution of the Persons attainted of High Treason.

And his Majesty's Proclamation, pleaded by such of the said Persons as were Yesterday brought to the Bar, being read; after a long Debate,

The Question being put, That, upon Consideration of the King's Majesty's Proclamation, pleaded by the Prisoners brought Yesterday to the Bar, the Bill for their Execution should be laid aside.
