Prayers.

Porter's Pardon.

THE Question being propounded, That the passing of the Pardon for Ralph Porter be respited, until the Parliament take further Order; and that it be referred to the Justice of Assize, before whom the said Porter was tried, to certify the Parliament the Particulars of the Matter of Fact, and the Circumstances, and the whole Matter upon the Evidence; and that, in the mean time, and until the Parliament shall give further Order, the said Ralph Porter be reprieved; and the Sheriff of the County of Bucks is take Notice hereof; and to take care the same be observed accordingly;

And the Question being put, That that Question be now put;

The House was divided.
