Late King's Property.
MR. Garland reports Amendments to an additional Bill for the Sale of the Goods and personal Estate of the late King, Queen, and Prince: which were twice read.
Resolved, That the Medals in the Library at James' House be excepted from Sale.
Resolved, That the Rings in the Library at James' House be excepted from Sale.
Resolved, That the Globes, and Mathematical Instruments in the Library at James' House, be excepted from Sale.
Resolved, That the Library at James' House be excepted from Sale.
Resolved, That this Act be re-committed to the former Committee; and ordered to be brought in, the first Business, on Thursday Morning next.
Ordered, That it be referred to that Committee, to examine what Goods have been sold, and where, and when; and whether any Embezilment hath been made of any of the said Goods; and how the said Trustees have pursued the Rules prescribed unto them; and what Accounts have been made of the Goods sold; and make Report thereof to the House. And
It is Ordered, That Mr. Stephens, Mr. Oldesworth, Mr. Carew, Mr. Nevill, be added to that Committee: And all that come to have Voices.

Major Salwey reports, A Narrative of the late great Victories which the Lord hath given to the Forces of the Parliament, both by Land and Sea; and an Act for setting apart Thursday the Thirtieth of January 1650, for a Day of Publick Thanksgiving for those great Mercies.
Which was this day read the First and Second time.
And the Question being put, That the said Act be ingrossed;
It passed with the Negative.
And the said Act, being put to the Question, passed; And
It is Ordered, That the said Act be forthwith printed and published.
Ordered, That it be referred to the Council of State, to take special Care, that the said Act be forthwith sent to the Ministers of the respective Parishes, in the several Counties of this Nation, and dispersed though the whole Nation; that Notice may be taken of the said Act; and the said Day strictly and religiously observed.
Correspondence with Spain.
Ordered, That the Answer to be given to the Spanish Ambassador be reported on Tuesday Morning next, the first Business.
The House, according to former Order, adjourned itself to Tuesday Morning next, Eight of Clock.
