RESOLVED, by the Parliament, That Mr. Richard Edwards, of Bedfordshire, do come into the House, and attend the Service of the Parliament.
Proceedings on late King's Tryal.
Resolved, That the Report of the Proceedings of the High Court of Justice for Tryal of the late King, in Mr. Garland's Hand, be made This-day-sevennight: And that Mr. Speaker do put the House in mind thereof.
Victory in Ireland.
A Letter from Mr. Wm. Basill, from Kilkenny, of the Fourth of November 1650, was this Day read.
Ordered, That this Letter be forthwith printed and published.
Resolved, That publick Thanks be given by the respective Ministers, in the several Parish Churches, Chapels, and Places of publick Worship, within the City of London and Liberties thereof, and within the late Lines of Communication, on the next Lord's Day, being the First Day of December 1650, for God's great Mercy in giving a signal and seasonable Victory to the Parliament's Forces in Ireland, against the bloody Rebels there, on the Five-and-twentieth of October last, and mentioned in this Letter. And
It is Ordered, That the Lord Mayor of London do take care that timely Notice hereof be given to the Ministers of the several Parishes within the said City of London and Liberties thereof: And that the respective Justices of Peace within the late Lines of Communication do take care that timely Notice hereof be given to the Ministers of their several and respective Parishes within the said late Lines of Communication.
Ordered, That Alderman Atkins do give the Lord Mayor of London Notice of this Order.
Assessment.
An Act for the Assessment of One hundred and Twenty thousand Pounds per mensem, for Four Months, to commence the Five-and-twentieth of December 1650, for Maintenance of the Forces in England, Ireland, and Scotland, raised by Authority of Parliament for the Service of this Commonwealth, was this Day read the Third time; and, upon the Question, passed; and ordered to be forthwith printed and published.
Ordered, That the several Persons hereafter named be Commissioners for the Assessment of One hundred and Twenty thousand Pounds per Month, for the several Counties and Places hereafter mentioned; viz.
For the County of Lancaster:
Edmond Hopwood, John Fox, Henry Wrigley, Esquires.
For the County of Somersett:
Thomas Allen, John Bush, William Smyth, John Gutch, Thomas Wrentmore John Prickman, Edward Bacheller, John Rowswell, Henry Fisher, John Gay, Gentlemen.
For the County of Essex:
Charles Potts, Nathaniel Wright, John Symonds, Christofer Earle, Dudley Templar, and Richard Peapes, Esquires.
For the County of Cornwall:
Peter Kekwich, Roger Porter, Esquires.
For the County of Lincoln:
Charles Hussey Esquire.
For the City of London:
William Steele Esquire, Recorder of the said City.
For the County of Northampton:
Mr. * Gosford, Mr. * Rushworth, Mr. * Serjeant, and Mr. * Whaley.
For the County of Bucks;

And the said Commissioners are hereby impowered and authorized to act as Commissioners in the respective Counties; and to put in Execution the Powers and Authorities given to the Commissioners in and by the said Act, as amply, to all Intents and Purposes, as if they had been named in the said Act.
Printer's Accompts.
Ordered, That it be referred to a Committee, to consider of, and state, the Accompts of the Printer to the Parliament: And also take into Consideration how, for the Time to come, the Business of Printing for the Parliament, and the Publick Service, may be managed with the least Charge, and the best Advantage of the Commonwealth.
Resolved, by the Parliament, That the Commissioners for Compounding with Delinquents be, and are hereby, impowered and authorized to give Warrant to the Treasurers of Haberdashers Hall to pay and satisfy, unto Edwdard Husbands Printer, the Sum of Six hundred and Seventeen Pounds Fifteen Shillings and Six-pence, upon Account, according to Order of Parliament of the Fourth of April 1648: And that the Acquittance and Acquittances of the said Edward Husbands, testifying the Receipt thereof, shall be a sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurers in that Behalf.
