The humble Petition of Colonel John Hutchinson, a Member of Parliament, was this Day read.
Resolved, That this Petition be referred to the Commissioners for Compounding; to state the Matter of Fact; and present it to the House on Tuesday next.
Major Wythers.
Resolved, That Mr. Garland do make Report, on Thisday-sevennight, from the Committee concerning Major Wythers.
Bailiffs, &c. Accompts.
An Act intituled, An Act for easing the Charge of Lords of Manors or Liberties, and their Bailiffs, in passing their Accompts in the Court of publick Exchequer, was this Day read the Third time; and, upon the Question, passed; and ordered to be forthwith printed and published.
Wall's Petition.
The humble Petition of William Wall, Merchant, was this Day read.
Ordered, That this Petition be referred to the Committee of Indemnity; to take the same into Consideration; and to hear and determine the same: With Power to the Committee to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.
Lilburne's Petition.
The humble Petition of Colonel Robert Lilburne, was this Day read.
Ordered, That it be referred to the Committee for Obstructions, to consider of the whole Matter; and how Colonel Robert Lilburne may be indemnified from any Prejudice by reason of his Absence; and what Satisfaction may be fit to be given to him, without Prejudice to the State, or Breach of their Faith formerly given.
Doleman's Petition.
The humble Petition of Mrs. Umpton Doleman, by Lieutenant Colonel Doleman, was this Day read.

The humble Petition of Edward Bullock, Gentleman, an Inhabitant of New England, was this Day read.

Chetwin's Petition.
Resolved, That the Petition of Philip Chetwin be read To-morrow Morning.
Sheriffs.
Resolved, That Sir Henry Vane junior do, on This-dayfortnight, present Names for a Sheriff for Duresme and Cumberland.
Surrey Gaol.
Resolved, That a Bill be brought in to enable the Committee of the County of Surrey to impose a Tax, for raising a Sum of Money for purchasing a Place for a Gaol, and House of Correction: And that Mr. John Goodwyn do bring in the Bill on This-day-sevennight.
Nominating Sheriffs.
The House this Day, according to former Order, took into Consideration the Nomination of Sheriffs for the several Counties.
Resolved, by the Parliament, That Sir Wm. Bryers be and is nominated and approved of to be Sheriff for the County of Bedford, for the Year ensuing: And that the Lords Commissioners for the Great Seal of England do issue forth a Commission for him to be Sheriff of the said County accordingly.
