Prayers.

Incest and Adultery.

COLONEL Feilder reports Amendments to the Bill against the detestable Sins of Incest, Adultery, and Fornication: Which were twice read; and, upon the Question, re-committed; and ordered to be brought in again This-day-sevennight, the first Business: And that Mr. Weaver do take care hereof.

Ordered, That it be referred to the same Committee, to bring in the Matter that concerns Marriage in a distinct Act; and therein to have Care touching the Age of Consent, and Punishing of clandestine Marriage.

And Mr. Attorney, the Lord Commissioner Whitlock, and Mr. Weaver, or any one of them, are to take care hereof; and bring in the Bill on This-day-sevennight.

Observation of Lord's Day.

Mr. Millington reports a Bill for the more due and strict Observation of the Lord's Day, and the more effectual putting in Execution the former Laws and Ordinances in that Behalf.

Which was read the First and Second time; and, upon the Question, committed to the same Committee: And all that come, to have Voices: And to be brought in on This-day-sevennight.

And Mr. Millington is to take care hereof.
