Bishops Lands.

ORDERED, That Colonel Harvey do make the Report from the Committee for removing the Obstructions in the Sale of Bishops Lands, on Thursday next, the first Business; nothing to intervene.

Exchequer.

Ordered, That the Act touching the Exchequer be read on Monday next.

Clothiers.

Ordered, That the Clothiers Petition be read on Friday next.

Castles in Kent.

Ordered, That Colonel Wawton do make Report from the Council of State, touching the Three Castles in Kent, next after the Reports from Goldsmiths Hall.

Delinquents Fines.

Mr. John Ashe reports from the Committee at Goldsmiths Hall.

The House this Day, according to former Order, took up the Debate of the Cases of Delinquents, appointed to be taken into Consideration, for Mitigation of their Fines.

Resolved, &c. That Sir Roger Twisden, notwithstanding the Fine imposed on him by a former Vote of this House, be referred to the Committee at Goldsmiths Hall, to compound at a Tenth, and not above.

Resolved, &c. That Sir Benjamin Ayloffe, notwithstanding the Fine formerly imposed on him by Vote of this House, be referred to the Committee at Goldsmiths Hall, to compound at a Tenth, and not above.

Resolved, &c. That Sir John Huett, notwithstanding the Fine imposed on him by a former Vote of this House, be admitted to his Composition at Goldsmiths Hall, according to the present Rules given to that Committee.

Ordered, That the Cases of all such Delinquents as were appointed; by Order, to be taken into Consideration this Day, be referred to the Committee at Goldsmiths Hall; to hear and determine the same, as the Merits of their particular Cases shall require.

The Question being propounded, That these Words, "according to the Rules formerly given by this House," be added to the former Vote;

And the Question being put, That that Question be now put;

It passed in the Affirmative.

And the main Question being put;

It was Resolved, &c. That these Words, "according to the Rules formerly given by this House," be added to the former Vote. And so

It was Resolved, &c. That the Cases of all such Delinquents as were appointed, by Order, to be taken into Consideration this Day, be referred to the Committee at Goldsmiths Hall; to hear and determine the same, as the Merits of their particular Cases shall require, according to the Rules formerly given by this House.

Resolved, &c. That all such Delinquents as have compounded at Goldsmiths Hall; and their Compositions reported and allowed, and their Ordinances passed both Houses of Parliament, shall pay in their Monies, according to their Compositions, without expecting any further Review: And that all those whose Reports are made, and Ordinances passed this House, and not passed in the House of Peers, upon what Pretence soever, except for the Breach of Articles, shall pay in their Monies as aforesaid, without expecting any further Review.

Declaring England a Commonwealth.

The Act declaring and constituting the People of England to be a Commonwealth, and free State, was this Day read the Third time; and, upon the Question, passed; and ordered to be forthwith printed and published: And that the Commissioners for the Great Seal be required to send a Writ in due Course of Law, for the Proclaiming of this Act.

Castles in Kent.

Ordered, That Colonel Wauton do make Report from the Council of State, touching the Three Castles in Kent, on Monday Morning next.
