Danvers' Case.
MR. Serjeant Nicholas reports from the Committee of Lords and Commons for Sequestrations, the State of the Case between Sir John Danvers and the Lady Gargrave.
The humble Petition of Sir John Danvers Knight, a Member of this House, and only Brother and Heir to Henry late Earl of Danby, was this Day read.
Resolved, &c. That the Will of the Earl of Danby, bearing Date in December 1640, and published in 1643, is void, as to the State.
The Question being propounded, That it be referred to a Committee, to take into Consideration the whole Business; and report the State of it to the House;
And the Question being put, That that Question be now put;
The House was divided.
The Noes went forth.
