RESOLVED, &c. That this House doth accept of the Sum of One thousand Three hundred Fifty-four Pounds of Wm. Campion, of Comwell, in the County of Kent, Esquire, for a Fine for his Delinquency: His Offence is, That he was in Arms against the Parliament, and Governor of Borstoll House, when it was holden against the Parliament: Upon Surrender of which Garison he had Articles of Agreement: Amongst which the Third Article thereof is, That all those that desire to make their Compositions should have the General Sir Thomas Fairfax his effectual Recommendation, that their Fines shall not exceed the Rate of Two Years Revenues of their real Estate, and proportionably of their personal; which afterwards, by an Order of the Eight of June 1646, upon Sir Thomas Fairfax' Letter of the Seventh of June, sent from Marston to the House of Commons, together with the Articles of Agreement for the Surrender of the said Garison, was read; and the said Articles, upon the Question, approved of: According to which Articles he petitioned here, the Twelfth of August 1646; and took the Covenant, and the Negative Oath: His Estate, in Fee, per Annum, One hundred and Thirty Pounds; in Tail to him, and the Heirs Males of his Body, per Annum, Ninety Pounds; to himself for Life, his Wife for her Life, the Remainder to him and his Heirs, per Annum, Two hundred Twenty-seven Pounds Three Shillings and Four-pence; in Reversion, per Annum, Four hundred and Sixty Pounds: For which his Fine, at a Tenth, is One thousand Three hundred and Fifty-four Pounds; at a Sixth, Two thousand and Thirty-one Pounds; at a Moiety, Five thousand and Seventy-seven Pounds.
An Ordinance for granting a Pardon unto William Campion, of Comwell in the County of Kent, Esquire, for his Delinquency, and for Discharge of his Sequestration of his Estate, was this Day read; and, upon the Question, passed; and ordered to be sent to the Lords for their Concurrence.

That this House doth accept of Three hundred Forty-four Pounds of Richard Horsefall, of Northeshall in the County of York, Gentleman, for a Fine for his Delinquency: His Offence is, That he was in Arms against the Parliament: He submitted in April 1644: His Estate, in Fee, per Annum, One hundred and Forty Pounds: In Reversion, per Annum, Sixty Pounds: For which his Fine, at a Tenth, is Three hundred and Forty Pounds.
An Ordinance for granting a Pardon unto Richard Horsfall, of Northeshall, in the County of York, Gentleman, for his Delinquency, and for Discharge of the Sequestration of his Estate, was this Day read; and, upon the Question, passed; and ordered to be sent unto the Lords for their Concurrence.

That this House doth accept of the Fine of Fifty Pounds of Thomas Ryley, of Clytherow, in the County of Lancaster, Yeoman: His Delinquency, That he was in Arms against the Parliament: His Estate, in Fee, per Annum, Eleven Pounds Five Shillings Four pence; for Eight Years to come, per Annum, Seventy Pounds Nine Shillings and Six-pence; more, at Eight Years, per Annum, Five Pounds; in Reversion, per Annum, Five Pounds: Personal Estate, Twenty Pounds: For which his Fine, at a Sixth, is Fifty Pounds.
Resolved, &c. That this House doth accept of the Fine of Fifty Pounds of John Norris, of Bolton in the County of Lancaster, Yeoman: His Delinquency, That he incited his Neighbours to meet the King at Nottingham, with Horse and Arms; and adhered to the Forces raised against the Parliament: His Estate, for Two Lives, per Annum, Twenty-one Pounds; in Fee, per Annum, Three Pounds Twelve Shillings Four-pence: For which his Fine, at a Sixth, is Fifty Pounds.
Resolved, &c. That this House doth accept of the Fine of Fifteen Pounds of Alexander Norris, of Bolton in the County of Lancaster, Yeoman, for his Delinquency: His Offence, That he absented himself from his own Dwelling; and lived in the Enemies Quarters: His Estate, in Fee, per Annum, Six Pounds; for Two Lives, per Annum, Two Pounds Thirteen Shillings and Four Pence; for Four Years to come, per Annum, Three Pounds: For which his Fine, at a Tenth, is Fifteen Pounds.
Resolved, &c. That this House doth accept of the Fine of Fourscore Pounds of Henry Pendleton, in the County of Lancaster, Gentleman, for his Delinquency: His Offence is, That he left his own Dwelling, and lived in the Enemies Quarters: His Estate, in Fee, per Annum, Fortyfive Pounds; for Nineteen Years to come, per Annum, Two Pounds Ten Shillings; in Reversion, per Annum, Fifteen Pounds: There is Three hundred Pounds charged upon the Estate; which, being allowed, leaves the Fine, at a Tenth, Eighty Pounds.
An Ordinance for granting Pardons unto Thomas Ryley, of Clytherowe in the County of Lancaster, Yeoman; John Norris, of Bolston in the said County, Yeoman; Alexander Norris, of Bolston in the said County, Yeoman; and Henry Pendleton, of Manchester in the said County of Lancaster, Gentleman; for their Delinquency, and for Discharge of the Sequestration of their Estates; was this Day read; and, upon the Question, passed; and ordered to be sent unto the Lords for their Concurrence.
An Ordinance for granting Pardon unto Sir Daniell Delyne, of Herlaxton in the County of Lincoln, upon the Fine of One thousand Pounds, for his Delinquency, and for Discharge of the Sequestration of his Estate, was this Day read; and, upon the Question, passed; and ordered to be sent to the Lords for their Concurrence.
Resolved, &c. That this House doth accept of the Fine of Four hundred and Sixty Pounds of John Aylett, of Magdalen Laver in the County of Essex, Gentleman: His Offence, That he was in Arms against the Parliament: Rendered the Sixth of March last, 1645: His Estate, in Fee, per Annum, One hundred and Thirty-six Pounds: For his Wife's Life, per Annum, Thirty-five Pounds: For which his Fine is, at a Sixth, Four hundred and Sixty Pounds.
An Ordinance for granting a Pardon unto John Aylett, of Magdalen Laver in the County of Essex, Gentleman, for his Delinquency, and for Discharge of the Sequestration of his Estate, was this Day read; and, upon the Question, passed; and ordered to be sent to the Lords for their Concurrence.
Grant to Buller.
Whereas the Sum of Two hundred Pounds was, by this House, appointed to be paid unto Mrs. Buller, the late Wife of Thomas Buller, deceased, slain in the Service of the Parliament, out of the Fine of Francis Nevile, of the County of York, Esquire; the which Sum, nor any Part of it, is yet paid: It is this Day Ordered, That it be especially recommended unto the Committee at Goldsmiths Hall, to take effectual Order, that the said Two hundred Pounds may be certainly and speedily paid, out of the Fine of the said Mr. Nevile, or some other Fine, if it may not be had there, according to former Order.
Bridges', &c Delinquencies.
Sir Philip Stapilton reported from the Committee of both Kingdoms, the Undertakings of the said Committee, and their Engagement passed to Sir John Bridges, Major Epiphan. Howorth, and Captain Daniell Alderne, on the behalf of themselves, and some others, concerning the pardoning their Delinquencies, and taking off the Sequestrations of their Estates, upon Services by them promised to be performed to the Parliament.
Upon Consideration of the said Report,
It is Resolved, &c. That the Delinquency and Sequestration of the Estate of Sir John Bridges be discharged, and taken off; and is hereby discharged, and taken off; in Confirmation, and for making good the Agreement and Undertakings of the Committee of both Kingdoms.

Kirle's Delinquency
An Ordinance, sent from the Lords, for pardoning the Delinquency, and discharging the Sequestration of the Estate, of Colonel Robert Kirle, was this Day read; and, upon the Question, passed.
Grant to Berrow.
An Ordinance for granting and passing unto Anthony Berrow Gentleman, and his Heirs, for ever, a Rent-charge of Fifty Pounds per Annum, issuing out of the Manor of Sutton St. Michaell, belonging unto Sir Henry Lingen, of the County of Hereford, Knight, and out of all and singular the Lands, Tenements, Hereditaments, thereunto belonging, being in the County of Hereford; for very great Service done to the Kingdom, by the said Anthony Berrow, in the Surprize of the City and strong Garison of Hereford; was this Day read; and upon the Question, passed; and ordered to be sent unto the Lords for their Concurrence.
Scotts Army in Ireland.
Sir John Clotworthy carried to the Lords, for their Concurrence, the Vote concerning the dismissing and discharging the Scotts Army in Ireland; which he should have carried Yesterday.
Great Seal.
According to Order formerly made, the House proceeded to the Consideratien of the Business, concerning the Disposal of the Custody of the Great Seal.
The Question was propounded, That Sir John Brampston shall be one of the Commissioners of the Great Seal.

Ordered, That, To-morrow Morning, according to former Order, the first Business, the House do take into Consideration the Ordinance for the Assessments upon the several Counties, towards the Maintenance of the Forces of England and Ireland, if that Ordinance be ready; otherwise, that the House do proceed in the Consideration of the Garisons.
