ORDERED, That Mr. James Herbert, one of the Members of this House, shall have Leave to go into the Country for a Fortnight.

According to the Order upon the Adjournment, the House resumed the Debate concerning the Sitting of the Members returned for Scotland.
The Question being propounded, That this Debate be adjourned till Monday Morning; and that nothing do then intervene;
