Hornchurch Parish.
A BILL for dividing the Parish and Vicarage of Hornchurch, in the County of Essex, into several Parishes and Vicarages, for the Ease and Conveniency of the People; and for endowing the Vicarages, and raising an additional Maintenance for Ministers or Vicars of Romford and Havering; was this Day read the Second time, and, upon the Question, committed to the Committee, to whom the Petition of Oxford was referred: And that the Members that serve for the County and Boroughs of Essex, be added to that Committee: And they are to meet To-morrow in the Afternoon, at Two of the Clock, in the Speaker's Chamber.
Remonstrance.
The House, according to former Order, resumed the Debate upon the Remonstrance.
The First Article in the Sixth and Seventh Page was read.
Resolved, That the First Paragraph of this Article, beginning thus, "That your Highness will be pleased to assume the Name, &c." and ending thus, "your Life and Government," in the Sixth Line of the Seventh Folio, be postponed.
The Question being put, That the other Paragraph of the samie Article be likewise postponed;

Excise.
Resolved, That the Grand Committee for the Bill of Excise do sit on Tuesdays and Thursdays in every Afternoon in every Week.
