3. Reading: - ACT concerning Taxes and Impositions upon Merchants, and other Subjects of the Realm, and upon their Wares, Goods, and Chattles : - Upon the Question, passed.

Holdich's Relief.

Sir Henry Poole reporteth, that the Arbitrators forHoldich meeting, being Five, could do nothing because none was present, but Latton ; and he had no Interest for Two Years. - Justice Williams his Father-in-law would give nothing. - Delivered in the Bill.

And the Bill for the Relief of John Holdich, Gentleman, thirdly read.

And the Petition of Holdich was moved, that the Bill might sleep.

Much disputed whether it should go to Question, or sleep.
