Recognition of Government.

A BILL appointing a Recognition of the Government, to be subscribed by Members of Parliament, was this Day the Second time read; and, upon the Question, committed to Mr. Stephens, Mr. Long, Mr. Lechmere, Mr. Hoskins, Mr. Thistlethwaite, Mr. Parker, Mr. Foxwist, Colonel Fines, Lord Broghill, Captain Stone, Colonel Hill, Sir Robert Pye, Mr. Hooper, Colonel Whetham, Captain Fawconberge, Mr. How, Colonel Norton, Colonel Bridges, Colonel Ireland, Colonel Wilton, Mr. Gorges, Colonel Mackworth, Mr. Hobart, Colonel Jones, Mr. Holt, Commissary-General Whalley, Mr. Recorder of London, Lord Commissioner Whitlock, Mr. Price, Sir John Hobart, Mr. Young, Sir Wm. Settling the Government.

The House, according to former Order, was resolved into a Committee of the whole House, upon the Government.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.
Mr. Hoskins was called to the Chair.
Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Mr. Hoskins reports from the Committee, their Desire, That the House would give them Leave to sit again Tomorrow Morning, upon the Government, according to former Order.

Resolved, That the House be resolved into a Committee, To-morrow Morning, of the whole House, to proceed upon the Government, according to former Order.
