Publick Debts.
MR. Sadler reports from the Committee for publick Debts, Amendments to the Bill for Accompts, and Clearing of publick Debts: Which were twice read; and put to the Question one by one; and some Amendments made at the Table.
Resolved, by the Parliament, That this Bill, with Amendments, be re-committed to the same Committee: And that the same Committee have Power to bring in Names for Commissioners, and for the Filling up the Blanks.
Resolved, That the Reward to a Discoverer in this Bill shall be, not exceeding a Fifth Part.
Recusants Estates.
Ordered, That the Committee for Raising of Monies do bring in the Bill for Disposing of Two Parts of the Recusants Estates.
Forest Lands.
Resolved, That the Commissioners for Inspection of the Treasuries, do prepare and bring in a Bill for Sale of Forest Lands.
Edwards reprieved.
Resolved, That David Edwards, condemned at the last Assizes for the County of Brecon, for Theft, be reprieved till Summer Assizes: And that the Sheriff of Brecon be required to forbear Execution, accordingly.
Leave of Absence.
Resolved, That Mr. Fryer have Leave, for a Month, to go into the Country.
Late King's Lands.
Resolved, That a Bill be brought in for Sale of some Castles and Houses belonging to the late King, formerly exempted from Sale, and of Reversions and Remainders in the Crown: And that the Committee for Inspections do bring in a Bill, accordingly.
Deans and Chapters Lands.
Ordered, That the same Committee do prepare a Bill for Sale of Remainders of Deans and Chapters Lands.
