Prayers.

Anderson's sequestered Estate.

THE House this Day resumed the Debate upon the Report made Yesterday, touching Sir Henry Anderson.

Ordered, That it be referred to the Commissioners of Haberdashers-Hall, to examine how the Profits of the Estate of Sir Henry Anderson, while it was under Sequestration, have been disposed of; and what hath come to the Commonwealth; or how the State hath been abused or deceived therein; and to take an Account thereof: And Sir Henry Anderson is enjoined to attend the said Commissioners, and make good the Information given by him, touching the Deceit to the State therein.

Resolved, That the Sequestration of the Estate of Sir Henry Anderson Knight, be discharged, and taken off: And that the Commissioners for Compounding with Delinquents be required to discharge the same, accordingly.

Correspondence with Sweden.

Mr. Speaker, by way of Report, acquaints the House, That he hath received Copies of Letters of Credence from the Queen of Sweden, to Israel Lagerfeild, Lord of Wighole, President of the Supreme Council of her Judicature, through Finland: Which were now read.

A Letter from Richard Bradshaw, from Hamburgh, the 15th of March 165 2/3, was this Day read.

Resolved, That the Publick Minister from the Queen of Sweden have Audience To-morrow.

Ordered, That Sir Oliver Fleming do give Notice of the said Vote to the said Publick Minister from the Queen of Sweden.

Resolved, That the Commission of the Lord Viscount Lisle to go Lord Ambassador Extraordinary to the Queen of Sweden, be sealed with the Great Seal of England: And that the Lords Commissioners for the Great Seal of England be authorized and required to pass the said Commission under the Great Seal of England, accordingly.

Ireland.

Resolved, That the House do now proceed with the Bill for Ireland.

Resolved, That the Quorum of the Commissioners be Five.

Resolved, That these Words, viz. "Council of State" be omitted; and these Words, viz. "or any others," added, instead thereof, in the First Folio of the Amendments, the Sixteenth Line.

Resolved, That the Sum be "Three hundred and Fifty thousand Pounds," in the Third Line of the Second Folio of the Amendments.

Resolved, That the Sum of "Six hundred thousand Pounds" be made "Seven hundred thousand Pounds," in the Sixth Line of the Second Folio.

Resolved, That these Words, viz. "and others," do stand.

It passed with the Negative.

Grant to Waller, &c.

The humble Petition of Sir Hardres Waller, and Doctor Philip Carterett, Agents, employed by the Army in Ireland, was this Day read.

Resolved, That, instead of these Words, in the Seventeenth Line of the Second Folio of Amendments; that is to say, "And that they shall not have Power of selling or alienating above one Moiety thereof, for the Space of Three Years after the Time of taking the same into Possession" these Words be inserted; viz. " and that they shall not have Power of selling their Arrears, or Debentures, or of selling or alienating any the Lands so to be allotted unto them, until they shall be in the actual Possession of such Lands."

Resolved, That the Names in the Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, and Eighth Line of the Third Folio, be omitted.
