Well-affected in Wales.
A PETITION was tendered to the Parliament, intituled, The humble Petition of divers Wellaffected, in South and North-Wales.
Ordered, That the said Petition, and the Report touching the Matters in the said Petition mentioned, be read; and reported, on Friday Morning next, the First Business.
Dissolving Parliament.
The House this Day resumed the Debate upon the Amendments to the Act appointing a certain Time for Dissolving of this present Parliament, and for the Calling and Settling of future and successive Parliaments.
Resolved, That the Amendment of Southampton, "Two," be made "One."
Resolved, That the Borough of Andover have One.
Resolved, That the Borough of Bury St. Edmonds have Two, and the County of Suffolk but Ten.
Resolved, That the Borough of Rigate have One.
Resolved, That the County of Surrey have Five.
The Question being put, To agree to these Words in the Amendments; viz. "for the Town of Kingston upon Thames, One;"
The House was divided.
