Dissolving Parliament, &c.
THE House, according to former Order, resumed the Debate upon the Amendments to the Act, intituled, An Act, appointing a certain Time for the Dissolving of this present Parliament, and for the Calling and Settling of future and successive Parliaments.
The Question be . . . propounded, That the House doth agree with the Committee, that the Blank for the Number of Persons to be sent for Scotland be filled up with these Words, "Thirty-three;"
And the Question being put, That that Question be now put;
The House was divided.
The Noes went forth.

So it passed with the Negative.
Resolved, by the Parliament, That the Blank be filled up with the Word "Thirty."
The Question being propounded, That the House doth agree with the Committee, that the Blank, for the Number of Persons to be sent from Ireland, be filled up with these Words, "Thirty-seven;"
And the Question being put, That that Question be now put;
It passed with the Negative.
Resolved, That the Blank be filled up with the Word "Thirty."
Resolved, That the Debate upon these Amendments be adjourned till this Day Sevennight.
Preacher appointed.
Ordered, That Mr. Lockyer be desired to be assisting in carrying on the Work of a Day of Fasting and Humiliation in the House To-morrow: And that Mr. Allein do give him Notice thereof.
