Stonehowse's Claims.

THE House this Day, according to former Order, resumed the Debate upon the Report touching Sir James Stonehowse: Which Report was now read.

Resolved, by the Parliament, That Sir James Stonehowse do pay into the Treasury at Goldsmiths-Hall, the Sum of Three thousand Pounds, with Damages, at the Rates before and since the Statutes for the said Three thousand Pounds, from the Time it was ordered to be paid by the Committee; defalking out of the same so much as hath been received out of his Estate by the Treasurers for the Use of the Commonwealth.

Ordered, That it be referred to the Commissioners for Compounding, to examine how much hath been raised or received out of the Sequestration of Sir James Stonehowse' Estate as aforesaid; and that, upon Payment of so much Money, as shall appear to be yet remaining of the said Three thousand Pounds, and Damages, as aforesaid, the said Commissioners do discharge the Estate of the said Sir James Stonehowse from Sequestration.

Reports deferred.

Ordered, That the Report touching Mr. Musters be made on this Day Fortnight.

Ordered, That the Reports of the like Nature, from the Committee for Obstructions, be made on this Day Fortnight.

Ordered, That the Report touching Sir Kenelme Digby be made the same Day.

Bill to be read.

Ordered, That the Bill touching Delinquents be proceeded in To-morrow Morning, the first Business, nothing to intervene; and next, after That, the Bill touching Articles.
