Prayers.

E. of Worcester.

RESOLVED, That the Earl of Worcester do stand committed to the Tower of London, in order to his Trial.

Resolved, That it be referred to the Council of State to consider in what Way the Earl of Worcester may be tried; and who hath harboured him: And to consider of all Circumstances in this Business; and to report their Opinion therein to the House, on Friday Morning next.

Ordered, That it be referred to the Council of State, to take care to prevent any Disorders in North Wales and South Wales, tending to the Breach of the Peace, and publick Disturbance, and the Cause thereof; and for the countenancing of the well-affected in those Parts; and to give Order therein, accordingly.

Letters concerning Killey.

A Letter from the Queen of Sweden, of the 2d Day of June 1652, dated from Stockholme, was this Day read, in English.

A Letter from the Queen of Sweden, dated at Stockholme, the 22th Day of May 1652, was this Day read, in Latin.

Ordered, That it be referred to the Commissioners of the Parliament now in Ireland, to examine the State of the Business, touching the Inheritance claimed by Bernard Killey, named in this Letter; and, if they find him to have Right thereunto, that they take Order he be put into the Possession and Enjoyment of it; if not, that they certify the State of the Case to the Parliament: And that Mr. Speaker do write a Letter to the Commissioners to this Purpose; and send, therewith, a Copy of this Letter from the Queen of Sweden, on his Behalf; and that Mr. Scott do prepare the Letter, and Mr. Speaker do sign the same.
