Forfeited Estates.

THE Lord Gray reports four Names of Persons to be inserted into the Bill for Sale of Lands forfeited to the Commonwealth for Treason; which were read; viz. John Wiseman, in the County of Essex, Esquire; Sir Henry Killegrew of Lanrack, in the County of Cornwall; Sir Henry Farrar, in the County of Lincoln; John Hilton of Hilton, in the County of Duresme, Esquire.

Resolved, by the Parliament, That the Name of John Wiseman of, in the County of Essex, Esquire, be inserted into this Bill, for his Lands to be sold for the Use and Benefit of the Navy.

The humble Petition of Henry Killegrew, of Lanrack, in the County of Cornwall, was this Day read.

The humble Petition of Sir Peter Killegrew Knight, was this Day read.

A Certificate under the Hand of John Leech, was this Day read.

Resolved, That the Name of Henry Killegrew, of Lanrack, in the County of Cornwall, Esquire, deceased, be inserted into this Bill, for his Lands to be sold, for the Use of the Navy.

The Question being put, That the Name of John Hilton, of Hilton, in the County of Duresme, Esquire, be inserted into this Bill, for his Lands to be sold, for the Use of the Navy;

It passed with the Negative.

Resolved, That the Name of Sir Henry Farrar of , in the County of Lincoln, be inserted into this Bill, for his Lands to be sold, for the Use of the Navy.

Resolved, That the Names of Henry late Viscount Dunbarre of Holdernes, in the County of York, deceased; and of John now Viscount Dunbarre; be inserted into this Bill; and their Lands sold, for the Use of the Navy.

The Lord Grey also reports an Act for several Lands and Estates, forfeited to the Commonwealth for Treason, appointed to be sold for the Use of the Navy: Which was this Day read the First and Second time; and, upon the Question, committed.

A Proviso was tendered to this Act, in these Words; " Provided always, and be it further Enacted, That the Trustees in this Act named, shall be, and are hereby, authorized and required to convey unto George Joice of Portland, in the County of Dorsett, Esquire, his Heirs and Assigns for ever, Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments, appointed by this Act to be sold, of the clear yearly Value of One hundred Pounds per Ann. over and above all Charges and Reprizes; any thing in this or any former Act contained to the contrary in any wise notwithstanding:" Which was this Day read, the First and Second time.

Resolved, That this Proviso be added to this Bill.

The humble Petition of Dame Mary Hartop, Elizabeth Stock, and Anne Davers, Sisters of Thomas Coke Esquire, now Prisoner in the Tower, was this Day read.

Resolved, That this Bill, together with this Petition, be committed to the same Committee: And that they meet this Afternoon, at Three of Clock: And that Mr. Garland and Mr. Corbett be added to that Committee.

The House, according to former Order, adjourned itself to Tuesday Morning next, Eight of Clock.
