THE House resumed the Debate upon the additional Bill for Sale of several Lands and Estates, forfeited to the Commonwealth for Treason.

Resolved, by the Parliament, That the Names of Robert Chauntrell, George Parsons, John Biddulph of Biddulph, Edward Standish of Slatham, Thomas Wicksted of Marbery, Thomas Poole of Morley in the County of Chester, be inserted into this Bill.

The humble Petition of Andrew Huddleston of HuttonJohn in Cumberland, Gentleman, was this Day read.

Resolved, That the Commissioners for Compounding be required to expedite the Determination of the Business of Andrew Huddleston, of Hutton-John in the County of Cumberland, Gentleman; and return a Certificate thereof to the Parliament within a Month.

Resolved, That George Skelton, of th . . . in the County of Cumberland, be inserted into this Bill.

The humble Petition of Major Thomas White was this Day read.

Resolved, That the Case of the said Thomas White be referred to the Commissioners for Compounding, to examine the Truth of the Petition; and state the Case; and make Certificate therein to the Parliament, by this Day Month.

Resolved, That the Names of Poole Turvile, of Gransley, and of John Merry, of Brisingcoat in the County of Derby, be inserted into this Bill.
