Prayers.

Prices of Wines.

AN Act declaring when, and by whom, the Prices of Wine shall be set, and at what Prices Wines shall be sold, was this Day read the First time; and ordered to be read the Second time To-morrow Sevennight.

Fines on Bills, &c.

Mr. Garland reports Amendments to the Bill for taking away Fines upon Bills, Declarations, and original Writs: Which were this Day read the First and Second time: And the said Bill was, upon the Question, recommitted; with Power to the said Committee to hear the Cursitors, and other Officers: And it is further Ordered, That the Amendments to the said Bill be reported on this Day Sevennight.

Small Debts.

Mr. Garland also reports, from the Committee for regulating the Laws, a Bill for the more speedy and easy Recovery of Debts and Damages, not exceeding the Sum of Four Pounds: Which was this Day read the First time.

Resolved, That the said Bill be now read the Second time.

And the said Bill was read the Second time accordingly; and, upon the Question, committed to the same Committee.

Isle of Jersey.

Ordered, That the Report touching Jersey be made To-morrow Morning, the first Business; nothing to intervene.
