ORDERED, That the Petition of the Town of Wolverston, be referred to the Bishop of Elye's Committee: And that Mr. Grimston, and Mr. Wingate, be added to this Committee.

Preaching Ministers.

Ordered, That the Petition of the Parishioners of St. Martin Orgars, London, be referred to the Committee for preaching Ministers: And that Committee has Power to take into Consideration every Particular of that Petition.

Privilege.

Ordered, That the Business, concerning the Letters of Administration, gotten by Sir Edward Savage against Mr. Cambell a Member of this House, formerly referred to the Committee for Privileges, be now again referred to the same Committee, to meet on it, on Tuesday next.

Tonage and Poundage.

Resolved, upon the Question, That the House shall be resolved into a Committee, to consider what shall be done, upon the Order Yesterday made, concerning the Officers of the Custom-house.

Mr. Speaker reassumed the Chair.

Mr. Maynard reported from the Committee, That, because it did appear, by the Confession of the Customers, that they received divers Sums of Monies, under the Name of Tonnage and Poundage; and lest that, by That Order Yesterday made, requiring the Customers not to make any Payments of their Receipts, without special Order from this House, it might be interpreted, that this House did give some Countenance to That or any other Imposition not granted by Parliament; therefore their Opinion is, that That Order be revoked:

And, by Resolution upon the Question, it was accordingly Ordered to be revoked.

Naturalization.

Jo. de Vischer, and Peter Heeren, Merchants, who desire to be naturalized; and have a Bill here for that Purpose, which has been once read, this Day (as the Custom is, before their Bill be twice read) took the Oaths of Allegiance and Supremacy.
