Cosins', &c. Impeachment.

The Commons Impeachment against Dr. Cosins, and others, was read.

Resolved, upon the Question, That the Commons Impeachment against Dr. Cosins, and others, be recommitted to the Committee for Mr. Smart; and they are to meet this Afternoon, at Two of Clock, in the Exchequer-court.

Summer Islands.

Ordered, That the Company of London, for the Plantation of the Summer Islands, shall have the like Order, for their Tobaccoes remaining with the Customers, as Mr. Vassall had.

Business to be done.

Ordered, That the House presently enter into the Consideration of providing Monies for the present great Occasions: And that, To-morrow, the House enter into Debate of the Paper, that came Yesterday from the Lords: And that, after That debate shall be ended, the Disbanding of the Irish Army be next taken into Consideration.

Security for Loans.

Ordered, That all those, that bring in ready Money or give Security, upon which ready Money is brought in, shall be secured out of the Four first Subsidies: And that they, that first bring in their Monies, be first secured; with such Damages for their Money, as the City and Sir Jo. Harrison has.

Counsel in the Lords.

Mr. Solicitor and Mr. Peard have Leave to be of Counsel, this Afternoon, in a Cause depending before the Lords.
