Unknown plaintiff v Richard Lumley of Chelmsford, co. Essex

Abstract
The cause and result of this complaint against Lumley remain unknown as only Lumley's bond of 28 November 1637 survives. [Lumley also appears as a defendant around this time in a cause prosecuted by Matthew Rudd, see 568].

Bound to appear 'in the Court Military in the painted Chamber within the Pallace of Westminster on tewsday the eight and twentith day of November now running betweene the howers of nyne and eleaven in the forenoone'.

Sealed, subscribed and delivered in the presence of Humphrey Terrick.
