Unknown plaintiff v Samuel Loane of Sevenoaks, co. Kent
May - June 1634
Abstract
The cause of the complaint against Loane remains unknown, but on 7 June 1634 he appeared in the court and sought discharge on his submission which the judges accepted.
Summary of proceedings
Dr Ryves acted as counsel. After proceedings on 24 May 1634, on 7 June Loane appeared in the court and sought discharge on his submission. The judge accepted his submission and ordered him to attend the officer of arms to procure a commission from him which Loane humbly accepted.
Notes
Samuel Lone of Sevenoaks, co. Kent, esq, was the son of Richard Lone of Sevenoaks, and Anne, daughter of Mr Moyle of Dunmow, co. Essex. Samuel married Elizabeth, daughter of George Cotton of Warblington, co. Hampshire, esq. By 1619 Samuel had four sons, the eldest of whom was 30.
