Abstract
The cause and result of Wade's complaint against Sewell remain unknown as only Wade's bond to prosecute the cause survives.

Bound to appear 'in the Court in the painted Chamber within the Pallace of Westminster'.

Sealed, subscribed and delivered in the presence of John Watson.
Notes
Edward Wade of Fering, co. Sussex, was the son of William Wade of co. Suffolk, and Frances, daughter of Mr Meade of co. Essex. Edward married Susan, daughter of Thomas Stradwick of Wisborough Green, co. Sussex. His second wife was Mary, daughter of Dr Foulk of Suffolk.
