Abstract
The bonds of each party were given in June 1637 and there were proceedings in October and November; but the cause and result of Ridout's complaint against Some remain unknown.

Summary of proceedings
Dr Talbot acted as counsel for Ridout and Dr Lewin for Some. Proceedings on 31 October and 18 November 1637 referred to the hearing of the sentence on the petition of Dr Lewin.
