Thomas Nowell of St Michael, Wood Street, London, gent v Oliver Marchland

Abstract

The cause of Nowell's complaint against Marchland remains unknown, but by 9 February 1639 a settlement had been agreed between the parties.

Summary of proceedings

Dr Merrick acted as counsel. On 9 February 1639 a peace had been agreed between the parties, whereupon proceedings were relaxed.
