Richard Marshe of Maidstone, co. Kent, gent v John Fovery

January 1639

Abstract

Proceedings survive from January-February 1639, but they do not show either the cause or result of Marshe's complaint against Fovery.

Summary of proceedings

Dr Duck acted as counsel for Marshe and Dr Ryves for Fovery. On 28 January 1639 Fovery was required to appear in accordance with his bond. On 9 February Dr Ryves was to reply to the libel.
