David Lloyd of Gray's Inn, London, gent v William Harry of Llanfynydd, co. Carmarthen

Abstract

Harry was due to appear to hear Lloyd's complaint in November 1638; but the cause and result of this remain unknown.

Summary of proceedings

Dr Merrick acted as counsel for Lloyd and on 6 November 1638 Harry had to appear in person to hear Dr Merrick's charges.

Notes

David, son of Edward Lloyd of Llanefydd, co. Denbigh, gent, was admitted to Gray's Inn on 1 November 1637.
