Abstract
Proceedings from November-March 1638/9 were about the taxing of expenses for Kingston's commissioners; however, the cause and result of his complaint against Selwood remain unknown.

Summary of proceedings
Dr Duck acted as counsel. On 6 and 15 November 1638 the court was to hear the verdict of Sir Henry Marten upon Kingston's expenses and to hear the sentence in the first session of next term. On 23 February and 2 March 1639 the court was still to hear Marten's verdict on the taxing of expenses, with Duck presenting a porrected schedule for Kingston to owe £5.
