Isaac Foxcroft of co. York, gent v William Denison of Altofts, co. York

Abstract

The cause and result of Foxcroft's complaint against Denison remain unknown as the proceedings only record his bond of June 1635 to prosecute the cause.

Summary of proceedings

Isaac Foxcroft entered bond to prosecute William Denison, and this cause came before the Earl of Huntingdon, Lord Maltravers, Sir Henry Marten, Sir Francis Crane and Sir Henry Spelman on 20 June 1635.No counsels for either side were mentioned.
