Abstract
The cause and result of Dobbs's complaint against Fuller remain unknown, but on 20 June 1635 he was required to 'shew causes why he should not be dismissed and charged taxes'. [For Fuller's counter suit, see cause 228].
Summary of proceedings
No counsel were mentioned, but the cause came before the Earl of Huntingdon, Lord Maltravers, Sir Henry Marten, Sir Francis Crane and Sir Henry Spelman on 20 June 1635, when Dobbs was required to 'shew causes why he should not be dismissed and charged taxes'.
