The manors of Haygrove and Odcombe are held of the king in socage by a rent of 1d. payable at Michaelmas. The lordship or borough of Bridgwater with the court of the hundred, fairs, markets and other liberties is held of the king in free burgage.
William le Zouche held in his demesne as of fee 2 parts of the manor of Haygrove, 1 part of the king in socage, the other of Thomas de Berkeley at fee farm, and a 6th part of the manor of Odcombe of the king in socage. By letters patent dated at Harringworth on 13 Sept. 1409 he granted Robert Bank the office of bailiff of Haygrove with a daily allowance of 2d., and a robe or 10s. and 6s.8d. for boots yearly. The annual value of Haygrove beyond the 1d, and robe etc. is £10, payable by equal parts at the 4 principal terms. That of the 6th part of Odcombe is 33s.4d. similarly payable.
He also held 2 parts of the borough of Bridgwater in his demesne in fee simple, 1 part of the king in free burgage, the other of Thomas de Berkeley, rendering £10 yearly to Thomas at Candlemas for the parts of Haygrove and Bridgwater. In Bridgwater he took 12d. from each burgage tenure at Michaelmas, 6d. from each half burgage, and so forth in proportion. By other letters patent of the same date as above he granted Thomas Foot, formerly bailiff of Bridgwater, a rent of 40s. from it for life. The annual value of the 2 parts beyond this rent is £10 payable by equal parts as above.

On 2 May 1412 long before his death he granted to William de Roos and others, as above [no. 415] the manors of Ellesborough and Claydon, and all the tenants attorned to them. They are held of the king of the honor of Peverel, annual values, Ellesborough 60s., Claydon 20s.
By a charter of 3 July 1409 he granted the manor of Stoke Mandeville to Henry bishop of Winchester, Hugh Mortymer. Robert Isham and John Neubold, now deceased. It is held of the bishop of Lincoln, service unknown, annual value 10 marks; and on 6 June 1412 he also granted to Robert Isham his manor of Ham with land and tenements in Wotton Underwood for life with reversion to himself. All the tenants attorned to Robert. They are held of Simon Darches, service unknown, annual value 10 marks.
Finally he had held the view of frankpledge in Ledburn and rents and services in Mentmore, parcels of the manor of Eaton Bray in Bedfordshire, which he granted by charter on 10 July 1415 to Edward duke of York and others, as above [no. 414], annual value of the view and rents 60s.

Totternhoe, view of frankpledge there formerly called ‘Aliamsfe’ and 60 a. of the lord of Odell, service unknown, annual value 30s.; also the reversion of 6 messuages and 100 a. after the death of Eleanor, wife of John Bradenham, who holds them for her life of the lord of Eaton Bray, service unknown. He granted a yearly rent of 26s.8d. from Totternhoe by deed to Thomas Porter for life, and Thomas is still living.
On 10 July 1415 he granted to Edward duke of York and others, as above [no. 414] the manor of Eaton Bray, with view of frankpledge, 1 messuage and 1 virgate in Ledburn and 30s. rent from lands and tenements in Mentmore, Buckinghamshire, parcels of the manor. It is held of the king in chief as half a knight’s fee; annual value of the view and virgate 13s.4d.

The site of the priory and hospital is held of Lord Mowbray in socage. Of whom the advowsons are held is unknown, annual values, the fee 3s., advowson of the priory 20 marks, of the hospital 40s.
