She died at Northgevildale on the Monday after St. Nicholas, 3 Edward III.
During her life she demised the said messuage and land to Master Robert de Cave for 20 years, and then to Ralph de Quixlay for the next 40 years. The said Ralph and John de Lounde his son had possession of them from her death until the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin, 43 Edward III, when John died. Since then the premises have been in the possession of John atte Watre and Maud his wife, Maud being the heir of John de Lounde, as the jurors understand. Alice Duddeman, aged 60 years and more, is daughter and heir of the said Alice, and is unmarried. Her marriage is of no value.
