The estates included in this account are the three soke manors of Thorpe, Kirby and Walton, Heybridge, Runwell, Caddington and Kensworth, Bowes and Polehouse, Ardleigh, Nottingham, the Rectory of Winkburn and Offington, and Norton Folgate. It consists of seven sheets, 30 cm in width and 42 cm in length, inscribed on both sides of the sheet. There is no date or other inscription at the head of the first sheet and the seventh sheet is blank.
