A capital messuage, 2 bovates of land, a ferry at Maresdyk rented at 13s. 4d. yearly, and 20s. yearly, rent from a messuage and land &c. called Lececroft, and other rents, held of Edmund earl of Arundell by service of 7s. to be paid yearly at his manor of Eppeworth in the Isle of Haxholm.

[NORFOLK.] Est Carleton. A messuage, and 24a. land, with rents and services, held of the king in chief by service of three parts of a grand serjeanty, viz.—that he, with Robert de Welleholm who holds the fourth part, should convey to the king wherever he may be in England 100 fresh herrings in 24 pasties at their own charges, of the rent of the citizens of Norwich; and 60a. arable with rents and services, held of Thomas de Brotherton, earl of Norfolk and marshal of England, by service of a knight’s fee.
