Entry Dr HINCKLOW complained of a certain Dr Smith who lived towards the Strand. S was summoned to H's patient Mr Fen, an embroiderer, who was delirious with fever. H had prescribed vesicatories and pigeons with feet (*). S gave a soporific pill and Fen died a few hours later.
