Entry M, servant of the surgeon WINTER (?816, qv), was implicated in the death of Mr Edward Reve. CADYMAN (139, qv) had prescribed an ointment and W and then M had administered it. C said M had anointed the wrong part (supposed to be testicles). M said that W had used a different ointment from what C had prescribed.
