Entry E, an apothecary, was charged with making medicine for BLANKE 92 (qv) and NEWTON 537 (qv). E said that he had forbidden BLANKE's bills, and knew that B practised. The President (Dr Moundeford) had told the Apothecaries that the College wished to inhibit the sale of medicines to 'irregulars'.
