Entry D, a foreign surgeon, admitted making an agreement for £26 for treating Walton, but claimed that 'the matter was the affair of Dr Fludd, a Fellow'. D said that he'd supplied medicines because Fludd had failed to do so. He declared also that the agreement had been assigned to a certain Mr. Casen for £15 of which D received £5. Mr. Casen had looked after some trees about to be destroyed.
