Entry B, a clergyman, appeared and was told of the Statutes. He claimed no authority, but had applied to be examined. He was told that nobody in orders could be licensed. He replied that he wd go on treating his existing patients.

Entry President said that he had met B and forbidden him to practise. B had said that he would not, and that he would leave London at the first opportunity. But it was reported that he had previously practised with Dr Rawlins at Mr Bennet's house in Cheapside.
